1st Day of School

Today was Brayden’s first day in second grade and Ashlyn’s first day in Kindergarten. For him no big deal, he met up with some friends and we got him lined up with his teacher Mrs. Hadley and he was good to go. Ashlyn was soooo excited all day until the time she lined up with Mrs. Weist. Then she got nervous and kept coming and giving me hugs and even got a little teary a couple of times. I think I managed to get like 5-6 hugs in about 5 minutes.

Ashlyn of course couldn’t  just stand for a picture, oh no she had to pose. She is so funny. She also had to wear this shirt today even though it is in the 80’s she still insisted this was her first day of school shirt. This is her little friend Halle from Dance, she was glad to see her. You can tell she is starting to get nervous and the last picture she is totally nervous and almost ready to cry.
