Spring Break - Sandy/Draper Trip

We decided to take a fun trip during spring break this year. We usually don't do anything but stay home clean and bug each other but this may become a new tradition. It was so much fun to get away for a few days and do something. We thought our trip was going to be spoiled when Ash woke up with the stomach bug but I oiled her up with some Doterra oils and off we went. She was sick twice before we left but after the oils nothing else, YEAH!!!! We got to Sandy and the first stop was the Dinosaur Museum at Thanksgiving point and wow it was pretty dang cool! Next time we'll be sure to do the 3D movie too. All 3 kids loved it.

Then we checked in to our Hotel and went swimming for a while before it got too packed with people.



We also went to Cabelas since I had never been. More Animals, Bridger loved the fish and animals

First thing the next morning we headed to the Sandy Aquarium. We've been there a few times but it doesn't matter the kids love it. Bridger again was fascinated by all the fish. He loved just being pushed around so he could look. We even got him out of his stroller to touch a snail while the kids touched a little shark.

We went to a sporting good store that is now my favorite. Scheels was awesome the kids got to ride the Ferris wheel, do a shooting game and take pictures around the store with stuffed animals. Let alone you can find anything your looking for and more in this store. They had tons of stuff.

Then more swimming that afternoon. This time we had to pool to ourselves! Thank goodness or Dan would have gotten kicked out for plumbers crack!

After Bridger's nap we decided to take the kids to the Arcade that was right next to the hotel. They loved the bumper cars, mini golf and all the games. We were busy the entire time we were there and totally exhausted by the time we got home. Next time though I think we can go without the flat tire on the way home!
